RE: “New Kincardine doctor to take over current physician’s practice in February”

Overall, Kincardine gains one full-time ER doctor and the number of family doctors remains the same.

Dr. Owen Montpellier may be able to devote more hours to his family practice than did Dr. Daniel Soong.

I believe that Dr. Soong's contract with the Municipality of Kincardine was for half-time family doctor and half-time ER doctor. So, we should gain one half-time family doctor.
