TERMS OF SALE
The horses will be sold by public auction to the highest bidder to recover the outstanding indebtedness, cost of advertising, and auction fees. The highest bidder must pay in cash or cheque with ID at the conclusion of the sale. Any surplus funds remaining after the debt and costs have been paid will be held for the person legally entitled to them.
