Shirley Anne Annetts (Dunker) (née Bedford) of Kincardine, died peacefully, with her husband by her side, at the South Bruce Grey Health Centre, Kincardine hospital, Sunday, May 21, 2017, in her 89th year. Beloved wife of Norman Annetts, reeve of the former Town of Kincardine, and the late Donald Dunker (1960). Loving mother of Cam Dunker (Jane) of Honey Harbour, and Gary Dunker. Missed by Norman’s children, Lynne Bowler (Glen Rixon) of Charlottetown, P.E.I.; Trent Annetts of Stratford; Collette Annetts (Mark Kitchen) of Chatham; and Jason Annetts of Scotland. Fondly remembered by nine grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews. Predeceased by her brothers, Ken Bedford and Bob Bedford; and sister, June Williams. Visitation will take place at the Davey-Linklater Funeral Home, Kincardine, Saturday, June 3, from 1-3 p.m., followed by a reception at the Royal Canadian Legion, Branch 183, Kincardine. Final resting place Kincardine Cemetery. Memorial donations to the Children’s Wish Foundation or Kincardine Hospital Foundation would be appreciated as expressions of sympathy. |
