Jane Elizabeth McNamee (nee Bucknill), formerly of Guelph, died Tuesday, June 17, 2025, at Trillium Court Seniors’ Community, Kincardine, in her 88th year. Beloved wife of Bernard, and mother of Clare (Graham) Matthews of Kincardine and Sarah McNamee of Guelph. Proud grandmother of Benjamin (Tasha), Christopher (Becca), Zoe, and Maya; and great-grandmother of Delaney, John, and Christopher. Jane will be dearly missed by her siblings, Hugh (Kathy) Bucknill and Gregg (Caroline) Bucknill, sister-in-law, Annie Bucknill, and brothers-in-law, Ian Feely and Robert Wallers, all of England; sister-in-law, Franky (Steve) Kauppinen of Hamilton, and many nieces and nephews. Predeceased by her siblings, Margaret Wallers, Mary Feely, and Thomas Bucknill; brother-in-law, Mike McNamee; and parents, Peter and Elizabeth (nee Stark) Bucknill. Mass of Christian Burial will be held Tuesday, June 24, 2025, at 11:30 a.m., at St. Anthony of Padua Roman Catholic Church, Kincardine. Reception to follow.
