Sheila Charlotte Pepper (née Bailey) of Kincardine, died suddenly at home, Sunday, March 25, 2018, in her 73rd year. Cherished soul-mate and wife of Gordon Pepper for 54 years. Loving mother of David Pepper of Point Clark, Marina (Dennis) Wintemute of Wingham, and Melissa Pepper (Jeff Fyke) of Kincardine. Cherished Nana of Mitchell (Haili) Burrows, Brett Burrows, David Pepper, Makayla and Tyson Fyke and Ryder Wintemute. Beloved sister-in-law of Steven (Jeni) Pepper. Special daughter-in-law of Nina Pepper of Florida. Loving aunt of Donna (Rene) Murray and James Murray. Also missed by many friends and relatives; and fur baby, Hector. Predeceased by her parents, Henrietta and Lloyd Bailey; and RCMP brothers, Earle and Robert Bailey. Sheila enjoyed her Tuesday Night Bingo with friends, Linda and Kip; and her Thursday afternoon hair appointments with Phyllis, Jean and Kim, as well as her longtime friends, Gail and Val. Following Sheila’s wishes, cremation has taken place. A celebration of life will be held at the Best Western Plus Governor’s Inn, Saturday, April 28, 2018, beginning at 2 p.m. A private family graveside service will be conducted at the Kincardine Cemetery at a later date. Memorial donations to the Heart and Stroke Foundation, Canadian Cancer Society or Allies for Alley Cats c/o Donna Coughlan, would be appreciated as expressions of sympathy. |
