KIMBERLY "KIMY" DAVEY (née VOYCE)

Kimberly “Kimy” Davey (née Voyce) of Kincardine, died at Victoria Hospital, London, on Friday, July 6, 2018, in her 62nd year. Beloved wife of Delbert Davey. Cherished mother of Brandy-Lyn (Rob) Lumsden of London, Dan (Angela) Davey of Kinlough, and Alana (Ben) Lichti of Kincardine. Loving grandmother of Daisy-Lyn. Missed by brothers-in-law, Elroy Davey, Thomas (Theresa) Davey, and James (Cindy) Davey; and sisters-in-law, Sheila (Jerry) Burrows and Nancy (Jim) Mcllwain. Also missed by many nieces, nephews, cousins and friends. Predeceased by her sister, Deborah Dann; and sister-in-law ,Wanda (Larry) Machan. Kim was one of the founders and a long-time organizer of the Kincardine Teddy Bear Parade which began in 1995. She always enjoyed the event and looked forward to seeing the excitement on the children's faces as they showed up in teddy bear costumes, surrounded by teddy bears, marched in the parade, and received treats upon their return to Victoria Park. A Celebration of Life will be held at Gilley's Feed Lot, Kincardine, Friday, July 13, 2018, from 2-5 p.m., with words of remembrance at 2 p.m., and the Celebration of Life following. Memorial donations to the London Health Sciences Foundation (Renal Patient Assistance Fund) would be appreciated as expressions of sympathy.
