Reta McCourt of Kincardine and formerly of Port Elgin and Atwood, died at Trillium Court, Kincardine, after a three-year battle with cancer, Friday, April 9, 2021, in her 67th year. Loving sister of Marlene McCourt of Etobicoke, and Robert (Bonnie) McCourt of Tiverton. Cherished aunt of Christina (Jason Hawkins) McCourt, Megan (Jason) Rubidge, John McCourt, David (Stacey Leplante) McCourt and Jenna Quinn. She will be greatly missed by her aunts, uncle, many cousins and friends. Predeceased by her parents, Elmer and Margery (née Hanna) McCourt; and her brother, James “Jim” McCourt. Reta was involved in Community Living and was an active participant of Special Olympics. No Celebration of Life is scheduled at this time. Final resting place, Milverton Cemetery. Memorial donations to Special Olympics Ontario or the Canadian Cancer Society, would be appreciated as expressions of sympathy; arrangements entrusted to the Davey-Linklater Funeral Home, Kincardine;
