Edna Margaret Culbert of Kincardine died peacefully at Trillium Court Long-term Care, Kincardine, Tuesday, April 25, 2023, at the age of 95. Beloved wife of the late James Elmer Culbert (2006). Cherished mother of Andrea MacDonald (George) and Brenda Stewart (Bruce). Loving grandmother of Julie Warden (Scott), Mike MacDonald, Richard Lazette, Michelle Robertson (Lucas) and Adam Stewart (Maria); and great-grandmother of 10 great-grandchildren. Predeceased by her parents, Elizabeth (nee Grigg) and William Matheson. Edna was very social and enjoyed spending time with her family and many wonderful neighbours throughout the years. In her later years, she made many friends while playing seniors euchre at the Kincardine Davidson Centre where she showed her skill at playing cards. She competed in and won, with the help of her partner, many euchre tournaments across Ontario, and often said how lucky she was to meet so many great people while playing cards. Visitation will be held at the Davey-Linklater Funeral Home, Kincardine, Friday April 28, 2023, from 7-9 p.m. A private graveside service will be held at Greenhill Cemetery in Lucknow.
