Passenger killed in Huron Township accident identified

(HURON TWP, ON) –  The South Bruce OPP has identified the passenger killed in Friday's single-vehicle accident in Huron Township, as 53-year-old Eleanor ZETTLER of North Huron Township.

July 3, at 3:46 p.m., the South Bruce OPP was called to the scene of the crash along Sideroad 30 in Huron Township. 

Officers attended with members of the Ripley-Huron Fire Department and Bruce County paramedics to find an orange Pontiac G6 had left the roadway and landed on its roof in a creek.
 

There were three occupants in the vehicle at the time. ZETTLER, the rear seat passenger, was pronounced dead at the scene.
 

Members of the OPP Technical Traffic Collision Investigation Unit are assisting the South Bruce OPP with this investigation.
