Residents upset with end of yellow garbage bag tags in Kincardine

To the Editor:
RE: “Kincardine ends use of yellow garbage bag tags at end of December”

There goes the Municipality of Kincardine again, basically punishing those who have done a good job of recycling!

We believe this is the second time the municipality has tried to slide this through.

We still have about 15 yellow garbage bag tags left, so we’ll be finding some garbage to use them up or give some to a friend to use. Does the municipality really come out ahead?

Also, we just may start recycling our own metals – not much money, just the principle of the thing.
