Reader not in favour of getting rid of wards in Kincardine

To the Editor:
RE: “Glover calls for changes to way Kincardine deputy mayor is elected”

I read the report from Kincardine council about getting rid of the wards, and I, for one, being in Ward 3, do not like this idea at all. 

Listening to other residents in Wards 2 and 3, they feel very much so that they are not included in Ward 1 now and don’t feel they have a voice. 

I’m sure the majority of residents in this ward would feel the same. We, as a community, don’t want to be swallowed up and eventually disappear.
