We have right to ask questions about Kincardine CT scanner issue, says reader

RE: “Kincardine hears, yet again, hospital board’s case for Edge Plus CT scanner”

At the Kincardine council meeting (Feb. 17), we saw the same presentation again from the CEO of the South Bruce Grey Health Centre and the hospital board, with a few additional slides.

Our council members, except Doug Kennedy, weren’t prepared to question the board about its decision.

It became a “thank you for coming session” - one at the start by the deputy mayor was enough.

A big problem is, “Joe Public” has had no opportunity to ask any questions of the hospital board members or at the council meeting with the CEO.
