Local press is useful tool in a peaceful world, says reader

To the Editor:
RE: “A case of the "Mondays"

Initially, I wanted to write a letter of thanks to Kincardine Record editor Liz Dadson, for keeping a community space open for comment among all the social media nonsense, where it seems all humanity has crawled into corners that none of us can find.

To read that our public health community has been vandalized ... floors me.

I, also, would like to know why people feel that enraged. This exact forum should be the place where we can all have a voice - free of discrimination, judgement and, most importantly, persecution of thought.

Local press IS a very useful tool in a peaceful world.

To lose the aspect of different opinions or rather the ability to even voice ...
