Saugeen Track and Field Club sets new Canadian records
The Saugeen Track and Field Club's Under-18 (U18) girls relay team broke the Canadian records for U18, U20 and U23 age classes, as well as the provincial record (all ages), for the Distance Medley Relay.

The relay team consists of Ava Moric of Hanover, Claire Rands of Tara, Kara Tichbourne of Meaford and Brooklyn Quanz of Port Elgin.

The girls outstanding record-setting time was 11:54.71 to cover 4,000 metres. The splits were 3:37.82 - 59.48 - 2:19.13 - 4:58.29.
