​Just call it a tax, says reader

To the Editor:

“Make the user pay!” was the rallying cry that Kincardine council used when water meters were mandated on taxpayers.

Then a flat rate was imposed on all taxpayers for water usage if there was water used or not.

Just call it a tax!
