​Keep the money in Toronto

To the Editor:
RE: “Ontario provides funding for police to protect communities against gun and gang violence”

I see Huron-Bruce MPP Lisa Thompson is giving money to the OPP in Kincardine, Huron County and Goderich to expand video surveillance programs to protect us from gun and gang violence.

After reading about the handling of the Greenbelt by Ontario premier Doug Ford and his cronies, I would suggest the money would be better spent at Queen’s Park. Seems to be a lot more crime there than here.
