IMPAIRED DRIVER LOSES CONTROL
(KINCARDINE TWP, ON) – Oct. 31, at 8:20 p.m., the South Bruce OPP received the report of a single-vehicle crash along Highway 21 in Kincardine Township.
Officers arrived and saw that a grey PT Cruiser had left the roadway and come to rest in the ditch. The driver was found to have been drinking alcohol. Fifty-year-old Denise McGROGAN of Kincardine was charged with impaired driving and refuse breath sample. She is scheduled to appear in court Dec. 7, to answer to the charges. There were no injuries reported at the scene.

DRIVER CHARGED AFTER TRANSPORT TRUCK HITS PARKED VEHICLE
(WALKERTON, ON) – Oct. 30, at 12:07 p.m., the South Bruce OPP received the report of a two-vehicle crash at the intersection of Jackson Street and Durham Street East in Walkerton.
Officers arrived to find that a white Freightliner transport truck was turning onto Durham Street East when it struck a parked silver Hyundai Santa Fe. The transport driver, a 65-year-old resident of Saskatoon, Saskatchewan, was charged with unsafe turn. There were no injuries reported at the scene.
