Saugeen Maitland Lightning U15 team donates to Women’s House

The Saugeen Maitland Lightning Under-15 AA hockey team has donated $500 in gift cards to the Women’s House Serving Bruce and Grey.

The players held a Christmas get-together Saturday (Dec. 16) and decided to make the donation instead of having their own team Christmas gift exchange.

Following the Christmas party, some of the team members delivered the donation to the Women’s House in Kincardine. The players hope these gifts will make a difference for women and families who need them.
