​Ken MacDonald of Kincardine dies at the age of 87

Calvin “Kenneth” MacDonald of Kincardine died suddenly, Jan. 9, 2024, at the South Bruce Grey Health Centre, Kincardine, in his 88th year.

Predeceased by his wife, Jennie (née Lamont); his sisters, Shirley Young and Lorraine Baker; and brother, Murray MacDonald.

Brother-in-law of Lloyd (Muriel) Lamont, George Lamont, Archie Lamont, Alvin Lamont, Elmer Lamont; and sisters-in-law, Betty Jean MacDonald, Evelyn Lamont and Darlene Lamont.

Cherished friend of Ted and Lois Surridge and Sandra Brock.

Also missed by many nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.

Predeceased by his in-laws, Colin and Lillian (née Haines) Lamont; brothers-in-law, Harold, Norman, Leonard, Colin, Doug, Kevin and Gordie Lamont; sisters -in-law, Evelyn Fox, Gladys Wylds and LilyMae Lamont; Helen, Gail, Marie, Marg and Virginia Lamont; and brothers-in-law, Elmer Wylds, Russell Fox, Nelson Young and Alvin Baker.

As per Ken’s wishes, there will be no service.

Final resting place, Ripley Cemetery.
