Her Strength Studio hosting grand re-opening event Feb. 24 in Point Clark
Her Strength Studio is growing and needs more space.
So, the business is re-locating to the lower level of the Point Clark Community Centre, 344 Lake Range Drive, and welcomes everyone to a grand re-opening event Saturday, Feb. 24, from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m.
Studio owner Lynda Shields says the expansion and re-location were made possible through the assistance and support of Huron-Kinloss business and economic officer Amy Irwin, community services director Mike Fair, and facilities and parks supervisor Matt McClinchey.
“This re-location is a win-win,” says Shields. “Her Strength Studio will have the space to provide strength and mobility coaching to more women in the community, and this most-often empty area in our Point Clark Community Centre will be transformed into a vibrant and purposeful business that supports strong, healthy, and happy lives.”
Shields welcomes everyone to join her at the grand re-opening event

Her Strength Studio provides strength and mobility coaching to women. It offers small group strength, yoga and mobility classes, and personal training, both in-studio and on-line. It has something for every woman at every age and ability level.
The studio’s tag-line is “Strong women, strong minds, strong lives.” What this means is strong, physically, to do more of what you love; strong, mentally, having the right mind-set to focus on what’s important. That’s what your body can do for you and not a number on the scale, and the result is a healthier, happier, and improved quality of life.
