Huron Shores Hospice is hosting Care Map Workshops in Kincardine, Lucknow, and Port Elgin, designed to help you feel more confident and supported as you navigate your caregiving journey.

In this workshop, participants are invited to explore a powerful tool — a personalized care map — to illuminate the support and connections in your life. Whether it's family, friends, or health-care professionals, the Care Map captures the entirety of your support system.

Through a simple drawing exercise at the workshop, you'll gain valuable insights into the connections and relationships that define your caregiving network. This visual serves as a tool for reflection, fostering a deeper understanding of your role and the support available to you.
