Maud Lewis artwork featured in next prints in Kincardine Hospital Auxiliary fund-raiser

“Three Black Cats” and “Three White Cats” by Nova Scotian folk artist Maud Lewis, are the next prints in the South Bruce Grey Health Centre - Kincardine Hospital Auxiliary's Art/Easel Program fund-raiser.

On display at Sobeys Kincardine, these numbered prints measure 17.5-inches-by-18-inches and the starting bid for this set is $225.

The second print on display at Sobeys Kincardine, is entitled, “Summer Breeze Sandy Cove,” also by Maud Lewis. In this delightful painting, Lewis captures the colourful beauty of the coastal village of Sandy Cove.

The print at the Kincardine hospital is entitled, “October,” by Group of Seven artist A.J. Casson.

The print at Rona Kincardine is entitled, “Ice House Coldwell Bay,” by Group of Seven artist Lawren Harris.

The print at Boston Pizza in Kincardine is entitled, “Crosby and Bedard – First NHL Game Collage.”

The starting bid for each print is $200, and they are on display until Tuesday, May 14.
