Debbie Catto, Sharon MacDonald tie for top spot in Ladies’ “A” Flight at Ainsdale

Debbie Catto and Sharon MacDonald tied for top spot in “A” Flight at the opening day of the ladies’ league, Tuesday (May 7), at Ainsdale Golf Course, with a score of 34. In third, was Antoinetta MacDonald with 35. Skins winners, were Dawn Fincher and Whitney Coulter.

"B” Flight: Brenda Ackert, 34; Cheryl Moore, 35; and Kathy Mackay, 37. Skins winners, were Sheila Cousins, Ackert, Shelley Sayle and Jayme Locking.

“C” Flight: Penny Ludwig-Sarx, 31; Angela Thompkins, 34; and Shirley Cole, 36. Skins winners, were Charlene Bruce and Anne Kukurudza.

“D” Flight: Stephanie Kropft Gibson, 27; Heather Doyle, 32; and Deb Clarke, 35. Skins winners, were Clarke, Norie Dickson and Meg Hetherington.

It was a beautiful day for the kick-off of the ladies’ league, with 87 ladies in attendance, and a total, so far, of 111 registered for the league.
