​Dustin Catto wins “A” Flight in opening night of men’s league at Ainsdale

Dustin Catto took the top spot in “A” Flight during the opening night of the men’s league at Ainsdale Golf Course, Thursday (May 9), with a score of 31.

In second, was Ryker Killins, with 32; and tied for third, were Duncan Hamann, Brett Catto and Ben Scheel, with 33. Skins winners, were Ken Bellan, Catto and Trevor Williams.

“B” Flight – Tied for first, Murray Wardell and Mike Meraw, 32; Jared Houghton, 33; Curtis Chaput, 34. Skins, winners, were Wardell, Blair Pollock, Scott Langille and Pete Alexander.

“C” Flight – Tied for first, Jami Thompson and Carson Watson, 31; Grant Stevens, 33; Brent Eden, 34. Skins winners, were Watson and Thompson.

“D” Flight – Grant Fotheringham, 30; John Underwood, 31; and tied for third, Frank Merkt and Mitch Twolan, 35. Skins winners, were Underwood, Jim Prenger and Larry Reid.

There was a great turn-out, with 123 guys enjoying the evening of golf. The 50-50 winner was Josh Gauthier, $61.50.
