Powers Produce returns to Kincardine for the summer season
John Powers (above) of Chepstow and his popular fruit and vegetable stand have returned to Kincardine for the summer season.

Located in the parking lot beside the Sutton Park Inn, Powers Produce opened for business June 22 and will be open every Saturday, from 7 a.m. to 2 p.m. Cash only, please.

The business has been a part of Kincardine for more than 30 years. Originally, it sat in front of Darcie's Variety on Russell Street, before moving to Bruce Bowling Lanes on Broadway.

After the bowling alley was sold, Powers moved his produce stand to the Sutton Park Inn parking lot and his many faithful customers have found him there.
