Kincardine veteran and Legion member, Adrian Green, dies at the age of 66
Adrian Robert Green of Kincardine, died suddenly at home, Tuesday, June 25, 2024, at the age of 66.

Loving son of Muriel Green of Kincardine.

Dear brother of Jan (Janet) Jim McArthur of Kincardine.

Uncle of James McArthur (Krista Skene) of Grafton; and Steve McArthur (Anne), great-uncle of Ada McArthur and Paul McArthur, of Hamilton; and uncle of Katherine McArthur of St. Louis, Missouri.

Predeceased by his father, Bob Green.

Kincardine has been Adrian's home since 1972. He also travelled for his work as a construction carpenter.

He served in the Canadian Armed Forces and became a proud veteran and member of the Kincardine branch of the Royal Canadian Legion.

Adrian was a kind man with a great sense of humour, and was always willing to help anyone in need. He liked to keep busy and was happiest working with wood and on his home. He enjoyed his darts night at the Legion and was a keen fisherman all his life.

He will be deeply missed. Rest in peace, Adrian.

A celebration of Adrian's life will be held at a later date.

If so desired, memorial donations to the Kincardine Food Bank or the Legion Poppy Fund, would be appreciated as expressions of sympathy by Adrian's family; arrangements entrusted to the Davey-Linklater Funeral Home; www.daveylinklaterfuneralhome.com.
