Kincardine Lions receive volunteer service awards

Kincardine Lions Club members were honoured at a service, held June 21 at the Kincardine Legion, for their years of volunteer service.

Kincardine deputy mayor Andrea Clarke and Huron-Bruce MPP Lisa Thompson were on hand to present Ontario Volunteer Service Awards to Lion Helen Gitter-Flavell (10 years) and Lion Dennis Flavell (45 years).

Unable to attend, due to other commitments, were Lions Peter Morris (40 years), Eian Farrell (15 years), Paul Thompson (10 years) and Joan Thompson (five years).
