​Mark Long wins “A” Flight at men’s night at Ainsdale Golf Course

Mark Long won “A” Flight in the men’s league, Thursday (July 11), at Ainsdale Golf Course, with a net score of 32.

Tied for second, were Jamie Kress, Dean Watson, Mike Doyle and Derek Regier, with 33. Skins winner, was Jeramey Dinsmore.

“B” Flight – Scott Tanaka, 29; tied for second, Darren Maki and Liam Fitzgerald, 33; and tied for fourth, Mike Hergott, John Peet and Dylan Sayle, 34. Skins winners, were Rory McDougall, Chase Meurs and Peet.

“C” Flight – Brian Regier, 33; Chad Colling, 34; and tied for third, David Blenkinsop, Brent Eden, Pete Alexander and Ron Zawacki, 35. Skins winner, was Sean Poisson.

“D” Flight – Kent Liddle, 30; tied for second, Sam Vodden, Bob Black and Jim Neitzel, 32. Skins winners, were Jarred Colling, Wes Vanstone, Jim Prenger, John Underwood and Ken Ritz.

There was a great turn-out, with 136 guys participating. The 50-50 winner was Grant Hoover, $68.

The Men’s Club Championship will be held Aug. 24-25. Senior Men’s Club Championship will be held Aug. 10-11. Ages 55-plus are eligible to play in the Senior Men’s Club Championship. You must be a member of Ainsdale Golf Course to participate in the club championships.
