​Crowd enjoys Customer Appreciation Day at Hive ‘n Hoe Country Store
A great crowd turned out for the Customer Appreciation Day, held Saturday (July 13) at Hive ‘n Hoe Country Store in Kincardine.

People browsed the fresh produce and flowers, as well as the many products in the store, including homemade jam and jelly, the famous Lazy J Ranch honey, and a vast assortment of local products and craft items.

Everyone was also welcome to enjoy free samples of delicious fudge, and fabulous fruit tarts, along with a glass of cold lemonade or iced tea, made with honey.

Outside, Elmeda Martin provided samples of salads and chip dip, made with Feige’s Gourmet Dressings of Listowel. The company has seven lines of dips and dressings available.

The Hive ‘n Hoe Country Store is located at 678 Kincardine Avenue in Kincardine, and is open Monday to Saturday, 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. For more information, call 519-396-3529 or check the website at www.anderkin.ca/country-store/.
