You can save money by renewing before Nov. 30.
Friday, Sept. 6, was Legion Trivia Night, and it was Team Beverlies who won the night. If you like to plan ahead, the next Trivia Night will be Friday, Oct. 11.

If you are looking for a night out in October, there are still tickets available for the Fall Dinner and Dance with music by Midnight Special Express, Oct. 4. We are running this event as a trial to see if a dinner and dance is a welcome addition to our schedule. So, if you would like to have this as an entertainment option in the new year, please consider showing your support by attending.
There are also some tickets still available for An Evening With Psychic Kelly Elson, Oct. 12. Additionally, tickets are now on sale for the Legion’s annual Lulu’s Band Hootenanny, Saturday, Nov. 30. Tickets are $40 each and can be purchased at the Legion Bar. This is a very popular event, so plan to get your tickets soon.
Donation Updates: Branch 183 recently made a $1,000 donation to Huron Shores Hospice in support of Handbags for Hospice. The Legion is proud to be a Signature Sponsor for this event.
The Legion will also be topping up the $2,218 we collected during the Jersey Day event in memory of our comrade, Doug Kennedy, and we will be donating $5,000 to the Kincardine and Community Health Care Foundation in Doug's memory. Once again, thanks to the community members who joined us on this day.
