Pets returned to owner after break-and-enter in Kincardine

(KINCARDINE, ON) - Sept. 15, at 10:11 a.m., the South Bruce OPP received the report of a break-and-enter along Bruce County Road 20 in the Municipality of Kincardine.

The victim's cat and dog were removed from the home during the break-in. As a result of the investigation, police arrested an individual and located the animals which have been returned to the owner. The accused was held for a bail hearing in Walkerton.

A 49-year-old man of the Municipality of Kincardine was charged with:
 

• Break-and-Enter a dwelling house
• Mischief Under $5,000 (two counts)
• Theft Under $5,000 (two counts)
