We hope everyone else is enjoying this great driving weather. Folks around the Grove are enjoying it. And what a great night for the Kincardine Santa Claus Parade!
Largaret McInnes joined the Dore/McInnes families, Sunday, Nov. 29, for their Christmas dinner and gathering. They were at the home of the Gottschalks in Shakespeare.
Janet and Wayne Rhody were pleased to attend the wedding of Ann and Bud Labour in Tillsonburg. Ann and Janet have been friends for 55 years.
Congratulations to the HAWK Theatre folks for their production of “Return to Wonderland,” directed by Mackenzie Carruthers. They had a cast of more than 20 children. Superb job, everyone! The Kincardine Community Concert Band hosted its Christmas concert Sunday at the Kincardine United Church. It was enjoyed by all the attendees.
Fran and Jim Farrell visited with Crystal, Jamie and Danica Farrell at Holstein, Saturday evening. Sunday, they visited with Lillian and Derk Logtenberg.
Deanna and Morley Scott, Elizabeth and Richard Nicholson, and Frances and Bev Kingston of Chesley enjoyed an early Christmas gathering Sunday.
Tobi and Dave Droppert and family hosted her family to celebrate her mother’s birthday. Joyce was pleased to have her parents, June and Earl Elliott, of RVilla there too.
We are thankful that Cecil Sutton is out of the hospital. But, we understand others are dealing with nasty colds and some folks are still in the hospital. Get well soon, everyone!
We neglected to wish Doug MacDonald a Happy Birthday last week and greetings, too, to Karen and Joyce Farrell.
Cousins Delbert Hedley and Mary Anne Kukoly enjoyed a good lunch at Pinecrest Manor, Friday.
