The next Mega Meat Draw will be Saturday, Dec. 7, with entertainment provided by Midnight Special Duo. To clarify, there will be turkeys to be won, as well as the usual meat, so plan to attend!
This week, Branch 183 was pleased to present a donation of $5,000 to
Special Olympics of Kincardine and Area to support our local athletes. We wish all the athletes well in their training and participation in a wide variety of sports.

We have welcomed quite a few new members to the Legion this month. If you are thinking about joining, the
Early Bird discount is available until the end of November, saving you $5 on your yearly membership. You can join on-line or in person.
Many Legion members volunteer at the branch in areas of interest to them, and we can always use more help. Remember, you can assist in various activities, such as individual events or weekly recurring events. Tasks include cooking, serving, set-up, bartending (if you have your Smart Serve), planning or running events, helping Veterans, and much more. Volunteering can fit your time and interests. You don’t have to be a Legion member to help — volunteers are always appreciated! Speak to anyone on the Legion executive for more information or to get connected with the right person.
