More than 150 attend Kincardine Legion Veterans Christmas Dinner
More than 150 people attended the annual Veterans Christmas Dinner, held Sunday, Nov. 29, at the Kincardine Legion.

Among those were veterans, widows, caregivers and guests, as well as Legion executive and volunteers, and Kincardine Air Cadets.

Besides delicious food, the event featured the Kincardine Community Singers, and a visit from Santa Claus.

Also at the dinner, Olivia, 9, Sierra, 8, and Cole Griffin, 7, of Kincardine presented a set of Jamie Oliver knives (available at Sobeys Kincardine) to the Legion kitchen. Accepting, were Legion president Mary Farrell, Peggy Griffin-Paetzold, and chef Cati O'Brien.
