​Kincardine recognizes employees’ years of service

The Municipality of Kincardine appreciates the hard work and effort that is demonstrated on a day-to-day basis by its employees.

A report presented Dec. 11 by chief administrative officer Jillene Bellchamber-Glazier, outlines several milestone achievements by municipal staff and members of the fire and emergency services department.

“We believe that continuous active service demonstrates a commitment to the municipality and deserves recognition,” she states, in the report. “The municipality is proud to celebrate the following employees and volunteer firefighters.”

Municipal staff:
 

• Five years – Jed Blake, Jessica Catto, Leanne Gowing, Paul Kerins
• Ten years – Chrystel Murphy, Fran Van Rooyen, Allan Hill, Josh Campbell

Firefighters:
 

• Five years – Travis Curran, Bill Dudgeon, Sean Jackson, Taylor Wilkie
• Ten years – Kyle Jenkins, Matt MacKenzie, Shane Watson
• Fifteen years – Mike Drake, Craig Palmateer
• Twenty years – Paula Turner, Keith Virtue

“Congratulations to you all,” said mayor Kenneth Craig. “Our employees are a valuable resource for the Municipality of Kincardine.”
