Driver charged with impaired

(MUNICIPALITY OF SOUTH BRUCE, ON) - March 13, at approximately 2:30 p.m., a member of the South Bruce OPP stopped to check a vehicle along James Street West, Municipality of South Bruce.

The investigating officer detected signs of impairment from the involved driver who was placed under arrest and transported for further testing.

Korbin KNIGHTS, 34, of Central Huron, was charged with Operation while Impaired - blood-alcohol concentration (80-plus), CC 320.14(1)(b).

The accused is set to appear at the Ontario Court of Justice, Walkerton, May 7, to answer to the charge.
