South Bruce OPP report impaired driver; and domestic violence incident

DRIVER CHARGED WITH IMPAIRED

(MUNICIPALITY OF KINCARDINE, ON) - March 17, at 2:54 a.m., a member of the South Bruce OPP stopped to check a vehicle along Sideroad 15, Municipality of Kincardine.

The investigating officer detected signs of impairment from the involved driver who was placed under arrest and transported for further testing.

Cole FISICO, 27, of LaSalle, was charged with Operation while Impaired - blood-alcohol concentration (80-plus), CC 320.14(1)(b).

The accused is set to appear at the Ontario Court of Justice in Walkerton, April 30, to answer to the charge.

INTIMATE PARTNER VIOLENCE RESULTS IN CHARGES

(ARRAN-ELDERSLIE, ON) - March 14, the South Bruce OPP investigated a matter involving intimate partners in the Municipality of Arran-Elderslie.

Investigation determined that a dispute between individuals led to an assault.

As a result of the investigation, a 25-year-old individual of Hanover has been charged with:
 

• Assault, CC 266
• Fail to comply with Probation, CC 733.1(1) - three counts

The accused is set to appear at the Ontario Court of Justice in Walkerton at a later date to answer to the charges.
