Break-in causes extensive damage to storage units in Lucknow
(LUCKNOW, ON) - March 17, the South Bruce OPP received the report of a break-and-enter at a series of storage units at an event grounds property along Walter Street in Lucknow.

Police responded to the location and observed that three sea-cans being used for storage, had been entered. A large quantity of copper, aluminum & steel wiring, circuit breakers and electrical panels were either stolen or heavily damaged resulting in approximately $50,000 worth of theft and damages.

The break-in is estimated to have occurred sometime between October, 2024, and March 17, 2025.

Police encourage members of the public to report suspicious behaviour. Consider installing security cameras, additional lighting and/or alarms. If you already have security cameras, consider registering with the CAMSafe program at camsafe.ca/.
