​Gabrielle Kleist of Kincardine dies at the age of 94

Gabrielle Bibiane Marie Kleist of Kincardine, died peacefully, with family by her side at her home, Tuesday, March 18, 2025, in her 95th year.

Beloved wife of the late Walter Kleist (2006).

Dear mother of Gerald (Lauretta) Kleist of Ear Falls, Susanne (Paul) Gionet of Kincardine, and Rose Stacey-Bick (Adrian Bick) of RR8, Kincardine.

Sadly missed, by nine grandchildren, David, Dennis, Theresa, Darlene, Christel, Erin, Michelle, Kris and Eric; and 13 great-grand children.

Visitation will be held at the Davey-Linklater Funeral Home, 757 Princes Street, Kincardine, Friday, April 4, 2025, from 2-4 p.m. and 7-9 p.m., vigil prayers at 8 p.m.

Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at St Anthony of Padua Roman Catholic Church, 749 Russell Street, Kincardine, Saturday, April 5, 2025, at 11 a.m., with Father Thomas Manninezhath officiating. Reception to follow in the church hall.

If so desired, memorial donations to the Canadian Cancer Society would be appreciated as expressions of sympathy by Gabrielle’s family.
