Crowd enjoys Eid Bazaar at Kincardine United Church
A good crowd turned out for the Eid Bazaar, held Saturday afternoon (March 22), in the lower level of Kincardine United Church.
Organized by Mal Shah of Kincardine, the event welcomed about 15 vendors, featuring a variety of items, such as perfumes, soaps and colognes, jewellery, crafts, traditional food, and tasty treats.
The public could also purchase lunch or get a henna tattoo, and there were face-painting and a colouring station for the children.
Muslims celebrate Eid al-Fitr with prayers and gatherings, marking the end of Ramadan.
The Eid Bazaar was sponsored by the Kincardine Islamic Centre.
