ATV STOLEN OVERNIGHT
(MILDMAY, ON) – Dec. 27, at 9:56 a.m., the South Bruce OPP received a report of the theft of an All-Terrain Vehicle (ATV) from a residence along Absalom Street East in Mildmay.
Sometime between Midnight and 9 a.m. Dec. 27, a green Polaris SE8 ATV was taken from a detached garage on the property. The stolen ATV is a camouflage colour with a side gun rack and has an estimated value of $12,000.
POLICE LOOKING FOR STOLEN ATV
(BRUCE TWP, ON) – Dec. 27, at 6:51 a.m., the South Bruce OPP received a report of the theft of an All-Terrain Vehicle (ATV) from a residence along the Bruce-Saugeen Line in Bruce Township.
Sometime between 11 p.m. Dec. 26, and 6:30 a.m. Dec. 27, a red Polaris Razor 570 ATV (right), was taken from an outbuilding on the property. The ATV has a red storage box attached and an estimated value of $12,000.
DRUG-IMPAIRED DRIVER FACING DAY IN COURT
(KINCARDINE, ON) – Dec. 25, at 1:25 a.m., a South Bruce OPP officer on patrol along Kingsway in Kincardine, stopped a green Mercury Grand Marquis.
The officer found a quantity of illegal street drugs in the vehicle and, on further investigation, the driver was found to be impaired. An 18-year-old Kincardine man has been charged with impaired driving, possess a controlled substance for the purpose of trafficking and possess a controlled substance. He is scheduled to appear in court on Jan. 27, 2016, to answer to the charges.
