​“Historic Highway” is next print in Kincardine Hospital Auxiliary fund-raiser

“Historic Highway” by Michael Fishel, is the next print in the South Bruce Grey Health Centre - Kincardine Hospital Auxiliary's Art/Easel Program fund-raiser, on display at Sobeys Kincardine.

Classic cars and iconic roadside signage are the theme for this colourful masterpiece. Fishel’s vintage paintings are seen worldwide as posters, jigsaw puzzles and calendars.

The second print on display at Sobeys, is entitled, “Led Zeppelin Jet,” which features the iconic rock band members posed in front of their jet. This English band was formed in 1968 and its vinyl albums are now considered vintage and sought after by collectors.

The print at the Kincardine Hospital is entitled, “Summer Coastal Scenes” by Maud Lewis.

The print set at Rona Kincardine is entitled, “Hang Loose” and “Sunglass Mutt,” by C.R. Townsend.

The print at Boston Pizza in Kincardine is entitled, “”Three Black Cat” by Maud Lewis.

The starting bid for each print is $215, and they are on display until Thursday, May 8.
