​Bervie W.I., UCW host plant, yard sale despite rainy weather

Members of the Bervie Women’s Institute and the United Church Women (UCW) joined forces to host a plant, yard, bake and quilt sale at the Bervie United Church, Saturday morning (May 17).

Despite the rainy, chilly weather, a number of patrons turned out to purchase plants outside, and then warm up inside as they checked out the delicious home-baked goods, yard sale items, and some beautiful quilts for sale.
