​Driver charged in two-vehicle accident on Highway 21 in Kincardine

A two-vehicle accident snarled traffic for awhile, Thursday afternoon (June 5), on Highway 21 at Durham Street in Kincardine.

The South Bruce OPP and emergency services were called to the scene at 2:58 p.m.

Police said a southbound vehicle on Highway 21 was turning eastbound (left) onto Durham Street when it turned into the path of a northbound vehicle.

The driver of the southbound vehicle, a 55-year-old resident of Mississauga, was charged with failing to yield.

Police said one of the drivers was taken to hospital with minor injuries.
