Impaired driver nabbed in Kincardine
(KINCARDINE, ON) - June 18, at 1:53 p.m., the South Bruce OPP received the report of a possible impaired driver along Adelaide Street in Kincardine.
Police patrolled through town and located the vehicle in the area of McGaw Drive and Skye Court.
While speaking with the driver, the investigating officer detected signs of impairment. The driver was arrested and transported for further testing.
Andrew SHELTON, 38, of Kincardine, was charged with Operation while impaired, CC 320.14(1)(a).
The accused is set to appear July 16, at the Walkerton Ontario Court of Justice to answer to the charge.
