We are still in the planning stages for our next round of Catch the Ace and hope to start it before the end of July. Stay tuned and watch the Facebook pages for updates.

At the Saturday Meat Draw, Doc Roppel was the double-dipper. Paul Herrieux won the 50/50 draw and took home $94.50. Looking ahead to August, our next Mega Meat Draw will be Saturday, Aug. 16, with local favourites TNT Boom providing the music.

We’ve had a change to our 2nd Annual Doug Kennedy Jersey Day Fund-raiser, July 20. Due to some unforeseen circumstances, The Ballaghs will not be playing in the evening on this day. We will be re-scheduling them to come back in December. The rest of the day remains the same. We will have free entertainment starting at 1 p.m., with music from TNT Boom and Local Anesthesia. Food will be available for sale, and don’t forget to wear your jerseys! All proceeds go to the Kincardine and Community Health Care Foundation in memory of Doug. If you have purchased tickets for The Ballaghs, you may return them to the Legion Bar for a full refund or redeem them in December.
