Battlers donate to local Big Brothers and Big Sisters youth mentorship program
Linda and Keith Battler of Kincardine have donated $5,000 to Big Brothers and Big Sisters South Bruce North Huron.
The funds will go toward the organization’s youth mentorship programs in Bruce and Huron counties.
“This donation from Linda and Keith is incredibly generous and goes such a long way in helping us provide life-changing mentorship to the youth in our community,” said executive director Deirdre Carroll. “Our wait-list currently sits at 51, and every dollar that is donated helps to bring that wait-list down or eliminate it entirely.”
