Todd Hasson of Kincardine remembered for his mischievous grin and unforgettable stories
Todd Thomas Hasson of Kincardine, died suddenly, Monday, Aug. 4, 2025, at the age of 59.
Beloved husband and best friend of Michelle; and the proud, devoted dad of Delaney (Travis) Rideout, Taylor (Seamus) Small, and Sydney (Ryan) Gowland.
Nothing brought him more joy than being “Papa” to Brinley, Kolter, and Laken. His love for family was the heart of everything he did.
Todd will be missed by his siblings, Tim (Mary Jill) Hasson, Linda (John) Schaudenecker; sister-in-law, Judy Freeman; and Billy (Jennifer) Freeman; as well as his sisters-in-law, Lin (Eddie) Mulloy, Cher (Jeff) Wheeler, Sue (Judy) Montour, and Amy Shaw; and many nieces and nephews.
Predeceased by his brother, Alan Freeman; brother-in-law, Larry Shaw; and his parents, Jack and Frances Hasson.
Todd had a gift for bringing joy to every room he entered, through a perfectly-timed joke, a mischievous grin, or an unforgettable story. He loved fishing, four-wheeling and travelling, but what he loved most was sharing those adventures with family and friends. If you needed a hand, a smile, or someone to brighten your day, Todd was there for you.
Thank you to our friends, family and the community for all the love and support during this difficult time.
A Celebration of Life for Todd will be held at a later date. Details will be announced when available.
As expressions of sympathy, donations to the Kincardine and Community Health Care Foundation or the London Health Sciences Centre University Hospital Hepatology Department in Todd’s name, would be appreciated.
