Kincardine needs better recycling program, says reader

To the Editor:

Re: No more "free" bag tags for Kincardine
 

For once, I agree with the mayor (of Kincardine).
Maybe people will be more careful in what they put out as garbage.
We do need a better recycling program here. We are way behind other communities.
