Traffic complaint leads to arrest
(HURON-KINLOSS, ON) - Sept. 3, at 7:07 p.m., the South Bruce OPP received a traffic complaint regarding a vehicle travelling along Highway 21 in the Township of Huron-Kinloss.
Officers located the vehicle along Tuscarora Road in Point Clark and conversed with the driver. A roadside screening device was administered, resulting in a fail. The driver was subsequently taken into custody and transported to the South Bruce OPP detachment for further testing.
Jeffrey GRAVEL, 40, of Huron-Kinloss, was charged with Operation while impaired - B.A.C. 80+, CC 320.14(1)(b).
The accused is set to appear at the Ontario Court of Justice in Walkerton, Oct. 15, to answer to the charge.
